Wicketted Bags
We have in stock a large range of wicketted bags to cover most fresh bakery products including bloomers, bread loaf, bread rolls, bagels, and pitta bread.
If you can’t see exactly what you need, we can manufacture bespoke wicketted bags to suit our customers exact requirements in a range of substrates including CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE and Polyflow.
Our printed bags use the latest 8 colour flexographic printing presses, and we can even help in creating a printed design.
Our bags come with a range of features such as micro-perforation, produce perforation, re-sealable lip, block headed lip, tear off perforations, captive flap, turn over top, mitre bottom and round bottom.
Tray Liners
Our polythene tray liners are used in many applications to protect bakery products from contamination in transit. We specialise in manufacturing to customer’s exact requirements, reducing both cost and the amount of packaging used. Our special high strength film formulation allows to down gauge our tray liners to save customers’ money.
We produce bespoke tray liners to match our customers’ exact specification.
BOPP Film
For flow-wrapping bakery products like bread rolls, the most popular film is BOPP (bi-orientated polypropylene). We supply BOPP on the reel in a range of different thicknesses depending on the application.
Supplying both unprinted and printed film in up to 8 colours, we use the most advanced flexographic printing machines. To help protect product appearance and freshness we can supply BOPP film either micro-perforated or with an anti-mist coating.
Polyflow
As of 2021, we are offering a new multi-layer film, specifically designed to replace BOPP. Polyflow is fully recyclable.
